AMAN is a multi-stakeholder project whose novel approach can be defined through four processes; namely, ‘Consultation’, ‘Collaboration’, ‘Interaction’ and ‘Integration’.

Through consultation we share our agenda with other stakeholders and organizations working with the target groups (i.e. children, youth and adults) to seek their guidance on how to reach these segments/communities.
Through collaboration we develop broad-based dialogue and partnerships to implement both medium to long-term strategic solutions to radicalisation and extremism

Interaction highlights the interactive and participatory nature of our interventions helping us to achieve maximum effectiveness at the grassroots level

Integration is the ultimate outcome of living together while observing the fundamental British values of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance among diversified communities in Newcastle.
